How to choose between them
For most patients the answer is simply proximity. The exam, the technique options, the intake paperwork, and the pricing are identical across all five offices, so there is no “main” clinic you should be trying to get into.
Three things do differ, and they are worth checking before you book.
Equipment. Shockwave therapy is only at Newark, Wilmington, Smyrna. If a previous provider recommended shockwave for tendon pain or plantar fasciitis, book one of those three. Every other service — chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, spinal decompression, Kinesio taping, e-stim, and computerised range-of-motion testing — is available everywhere.
Hours. Most offices run a split day with a midday break and close early on Friday. Smyrna is the only clinic with regular Saturday morning hours, and Newark takes Saturdays by appointment.
Doctors. We have 13 licensed chiropractors across the group and they do not all do the same thing. If you need prenatal care, a Webster-certified doctor, sports chiropractic, or someone who handles auto-injury documentation, check the doctor directory first and then book the office that person works in.
Coverage
Where our patients actually drive from
Delaware is small enough that clinic catchments overlap, and patients regularly pass one office to reach another because of where they work rather than where they live. These are the towns each clinic serves most.

Results are published per clinic
Each office maintains a profile on ChiropracticResults.com, an independent register that records the condition treated and the patient’s pain score at intake and at discharge. Across the five clinics there are 1,065 documented outcomes.
We point at it because it is a source we do not control, and because a per-case record is a harder claim to make than a star average. Documented averages are not a guarantee about your case.
Same paperwork, whichever you pick
Insurance is accepted at all five clinics and benefits are verified at no charge before care starts.
