Doctors

Delaware’s Pure Wellness doctors

13 licensed chiropractors across five clinics. They share an approach — exam first, technique chosen from the findings — but they do not all do the same work, and picking the right one matters more than picking the closest office.

Open a doctor to see education, techniques, and which clinic to book. Each also has a personal site if you want to start there.

Choosing a doctor

If your complaint is straightforward low back or neck pain, any of our doctors can take it and you should just book whoever has an opening at the office nearest you. Where it is worth being deliberate is when your case needs a specific credential or a specific kind of adjustment.

Pregnancy and prenatal care. The Webster technique is a certified sacral analysis developed for pregnant patients, and not every chiropractor holds it. Webster-trained here: Joelle Renaud, Rebecca Leary, Vivian Giannakakis.

Auto accidents and work injuries. These cases need range of motion measured rather than estimated and findings recorded in the format adjusters and attorneys require. Doctors with injury-documentation training: Justin Johnson, Todd Richardson, Mark Mauragas, Stephanie Cirone.

If you do not want to be “cracked.” Instrument adjusting, drop-table, and flexion-distraction get the joint moving without a manual thrust, which matters for older patients, osteoporosis, acute inflammation, and anyone who tenses up at the idea. Ask for Eric Marks, Ken Decker, Joelle Renaud, Jessica Cortellino, Rebecca Leary, Michael Giambertone.

Still unsure? Book the exam anyway. If the doctor you see is not the right fit for your case, they will say so and hand you to a colleague — that referral costs you nothing and happens inside the same group.
